How to order from Panda Elevator?

You can send us inquiry by mail or online message, our team will get back to you and give solution and quotation within 24 hours. After we confirm product details, shipping, prices and so on, we will sign contract and start order process after receiving advance payment.

What is the lead time for my order?

It's depends on the products and quantity. For standard products, normally the lead time would be 1-2 weeks. For bulk orders or Non-standard products, it requires longer time.

Do I get warranty for my orders? And how long it last?

Yes, we offer warranty for all products we sell, from 1-3 years, depends on different products. It comes into effect since the Bill of lading is issued.

What shipping methods are available?

In Panda Elevator, we have a variety of shipping methods to meet the needs of different customers. We provide DHL, Fedex, LCL and FCL for both air and ocean shipping, there will always be one that suits your needs.

What are your payment methods?

We provide a variety of flexible payment methods for customers to choose from, including TT, L/C and DP.
