1. Scope of application: Rubber elevator polyurethane buffer is one of the vital elevator safety components that can only be used for elevators with rated speeds not greater than 1m/s, elevator oil buffer can be used for elevators with any rated speed.
2. Production qualification and identification: There should be a nameplate or label on the lift car buffer, indicating the elevator components supplier name, model, specification and certificate number.
3. Fixing situation: The deviation between the center of the elevator car and the counterweight collision plate and the center of the elevator hydraulic buffer should not be more than 20 mm.
4. Electrical switch: After the elevator hydraulic buffer is actuated, the elevator can run normally only when buffer returns to its normal extension position.
5. Elevator car buffer distance requirements: A permanent and obvious sign should be set near the counterweight lift car buffer to indicate the maximum allowable vertical distance between the counterweight device strike plate and the top surface of the elevator car buffer when the car is at the top station.
